Summary

extendxftf2 and trunctfxf2 will only build on powerpc and we were
only trying to build them on x86.

They should build for x86, that was the whole point of the upstream changes (supporting ieee 128-bit float in addition to ld80)

This seems to be the result of botched testing. D45052 replaces it.
