cdefs: Remove some builtin defines, they are unused

Remove GNUCLIKE_BUILTIN_NEXT_ARG, GNUCLIKE_MATH_BUILTIN_RELOPS,
__GNUCLIKE_BUILTIN_MEMCPY: they are unused. Also remove them from the
generated cryptodevh.py script.
