mfc-candidates: Retire shell wrapper

In commit 48f3fcabea80 I replaced the shell implementation of
mfc-candidates with one in Lua, but left the .sh as a wrapper in case
users had an alias or script that called it. Enough time has now passed
that we can remove the wrapper.
