net-mgmt/netbox: Change RUN_DEPENDS of LDAP option

• Switch the LDAP option to the py-django-auth-ldap port as it's using Django 4.2 now since 680c68fd4d69. This was overlooked and should have been done with 547ee8e902f4.

• Bump PORTREVISION due changed dependencies.
