rtsx: clean up rtsx_card_task()

Summary

Split into distinct MMCCAM and !MMCCAM variants. This makes the logic
easier to follow, and enables an upcoming stage.

Style is tweaked slightly, to avoid using PRIu64, but the line-width of
100 is kept, following the rest of the file.
