Summary

A change introduced in SBCL 2.4.11 caused build failures for downstream
projects such as StumpWM. See
https://bugs.launchpad.net/sbcl/+bug/2090967 for details.

Backport a fix from the SBCL master branch to fix the x11-wm/stumpwm
build.

Adding portmgr in case anyone is available to approve sooner. I'd like to get this in the tree as soon as possible since it fixes at least one build error.
