Should we add deprecation notices too?
I don't think these are useful anymore and should be removed, but I might be wrong about that...

Also add relnotes etc. and list it on https://wiki.freebsd.org/DeprecationPlan

I've got most of a stack of changes for deletion, I'll add deprecation notices and the like.

See D38879 and D38880. It's probably worth committing this first.

Just remembered this requires some changes. One would need to add a tools/build/options/WITH_ATM and rebuild src.conf.5. Maybe I should just delete it with the ATM removal.

It's done in the childs review.
I'll commit those today, if anyone wants to use ATM they'll just need to use this version of FreeBSD and add WITH_ATM in src.conf
