bsdconfig, bsdinstall: Refresh mirrors list

The FreeBSD Project manages official mirrors; all others are called
Community mirrors.

The mirrors list is in sync with the Handbook / Mirrors section [1].

Thanks for working on this!

I like the idea of this change (and I agree we need to change something) but I think we can make it a little easier to understand.

Instead of "Main Site", I suggest "Nearest project managed mirror (GeoDNS)".

I'm not keen on having the list of ftp0.$site.freebsd.org visible. They are always subject to change. (E.g. pkt / fra recently).

(I have never liked the word "official". I prefer "main site" or "project managed" or something.)
