motd: Fix Questions List address

Following mailing lists migration from Mailman to Mlmmj.

Adding a short link (as we already have for Faq and Handbook), so all
links can be indented the same way.

Note: The short is not available now, and this review is to get more
feedback about it.

I wonder… what if, instead to linking to a specific mailing list, we just put a “Mailing lists: https://lists.FreeBSD.org”, like we do for forums?

I think it's better to point to the questions list rather than all mailing lists. There's a bunch that are dead still because Bapt isn't yet done with the cleanup.
