Summary

This was never made to work, and given that 32-bit ARM support
is quickly becoming irrelevant, there is no point in keeping it
in the tree.

Yeah, as 32-bit arm heads to irrelevance there is little reason to keep this. It could always be resurrected if someone is willing to put in the effort to make it work.
