rS359230: Fix linking OCTEON1 kernel with LLD

Summary

LLD complains that the type of .dynamic was changed. Fix this by copying
the approach used in the mips64 ldscript.

Test Plan

Compiles and links, did not try booting.

I think this is fine; IMO we should just commit and send a request for testing once it's in the tree.
