LinuxKPI: 802.11: add SW_MGMT_TX to the expected flags for CCMP

rtw88 sets SW_MGMT_TX on (*mo_et_key) (MFP in software which we do
not yet support). Add it to the list of known reply values to avoid
constant logging.
