Fix semantics in the documentation of the "jail_socket_unixiproute_only"
variable ("YES" vs. "NO") and be more precise and intuitive on what is
actually allowed/restricted by this variable ("UNIX/IP/route sockets"
vs. "TCP/IP protocols").
