sound: Update comment and channel insertion in vchan_create()

The comment and rationale behind choosing CHN_INSERT_SORT_DESCEND()
instead of CHN_INSERT_SORT_ASCEND() are no longer relevant as of FILLME
("sound: Allocate vchans on-demand").
