vm: Remove handling for OBJT_DEFAULT objects

Now that OBJT_DEFAULT objects can't be instantiated, we can simplify
checks of the form object->type == OBJT_DEFAULT || (object->flags &
OBJ_SWAP) != 0. No functional change intended.
