sysutils/bhyve+: mark deprecated

The only known consumer, net/wifibox-core does not depend on
this port any more. At the same time, the port currently does
not offer any advantage over the BHyVe versions available in the
base system. There is no active development and it makes no sense
to keep supporting it for CURRENT systems, for example.
