games/pysolfc: Update to 2.12.0

• Make the port less restrictive and thus distributable again by using a reduced collection of cardsets, which contains clearly defined licenses. It's also bundled by upstream for the distributed binary packages of PySolFC.

• Introduce PILLOW/SOUND options which enables sound and enhanced graphics support.
