mail/archiveopteryx: Mark BROKEN_SSL

• Fails to build with OpenSSL 3.0.0 and later with error: 'SSL_CTX_use_RSAPrivateKey_file' is deprecated
• mail/archiveopteryx-devel builds fine with OpenSSL 3.0.0 and later. Considering using that.
