net/redpanda-connect: add new port

After the acquisition of benthos.dev by Redpanda, Benthos was renamed to
Redpanda Connect.

Some connectors in Redpanda Connect require an Enterprise license to be
used; they are provided under the 'ENTERPRISE' port option.
