graphics/mesa-devel: pin to llvm10 like mesa-dri

Avoid proliferation of llvm* packages. AMD GPU support in drm-*-kmod
is expected to lag behind mesa-dri, anyway. For absolute bleeding
edge use standalone mode e.g., DEFAULT_VERSIONS += gl=mesa-devel.
