www/axis2: Update to 1.8.0

Add new TOMCAT options and set version 8.5 as default because 7.0 is
deprecated.

From Apache Axis2 1.8.0 Release Note: Because of the HTTPClient 4.x changes
and also JAX-WS changes in the 1.7.x series, users are strongly encouraged to
update their axis2.xml.
