audio/cheesecutter: Fix version number going backwards

In d02a771fad9f8f1ae3c6cf9453c8aa0a7bcc7b25 acm dropped PORTREVISION
from 2 to 1. Most probably unintentionally by a script without checking
pre-existing PORTREVISION values.

Bump PORTREVISION to 3.
