devel/libffi: Revert "Update to 3.4.2"

This is currently awaiting an exp-run and was accidently committed.

I do not intend to bump port epoch unless requested because it will be
re-committed soon.

This reverts commit c0368fd487e049eee259ef74c3a86328b2321429.
