textproc/py-pikepdf: Fix RUN_DEPENDS

• Add devel/py-deprecated, which was missing from RUN_DEPENDS and update the {BUILD,RUN}_DEPENDS as noted in "pyproject.toml" while I'm here.

• Bump PORTREVISION due changed dependencies.
