devel/qt6: do not depend on phonon

• phonon4 is living in qt.mk at the moment, but it should rather live in kde.mk
• phonon4 does not install to ${QT_LIBDIR}, which is however, what qt.mk assumes, when contructing the qt-phonon4_PATH. So phonon4:run is pointing to an invalid location.
