sysutils/fluent-bit: update to 2.0.9

Use FreeBSD implementation from WAMR, commit 2953614cb, that is a
dependency for fluent-bit. [1]

Leave luajit off until I find a way for the port not to install its own
luajit rather than using the FreeBSD port for it.
