• for clarity, init LCV within loop
• "-p minimal" option outputs only the owner name or rdata, one per line and deduplicated; for use by shell scripts.

• this branch allows a comma-separated list of rrtypes anywhere a single rrtype was allowed before. this will result in multiple parallel fetches from the API server, which reduces transaction latency at the expense of higher instantaneous load. the new functionality and documentation has been tested and reviewed by joe st sauver.
• man page corrections
• detect duplicate or overrun in rrtype sets
• Document MAX_FETCHES variable

Add post-release patch to fix build on i386 and others.
