emulators/wine: Build without Quicktime support

Quicktime support shouldn't trigger on FreeBSD. Still explicitly
configure --without-quicktime in line with our push for deterministic
builds.

This back ports e3632b1fd1e0d5178fd1fc1c2f1e6d8123fc33c9 from the
wine-devel port.
