science/hdf5-110: Add hd5-110 1.10.9 (copied from hdf5)

• Add PKGNAMESUFFIX
• Install files with suffix:
  • Install binary executables with -110 suffix
  • Install include files to hdf5-110 sub-directory
  • Install examples to EXAMPLESDIR with -110 suffix
• Add PORTSCOUT
