devel/creduce: update to 2.10.0-110

Switch back to the main branch, which now supports LLVM 18.
No apparent upstream changes except for the LLVM 18 support.
DISTVERSION now follows git describe, making the version go backwards;
bump PORTEPOCH to account for that.
