IIRC, none of the books is called a manual. They all have "handbook" in their titles. Maybe stick with that, if that wouldn't make "the Handbook" (which is really the User's Handbook, not whichever FreeBSD handbook was last mentioned) confusing.

Maybe "interactive" instead of "realtime"? 4 hours between question and answer is common, and first-time users unfamiliar with the culture do get discouraged and leave too soon, so setting reasonable expectations may lead to a better introduction to IRC FreeBSD support.

Instinct tells me "free" should come earlier in that list of adjectives, but it's been known to be wrong.

Nitpick; depending on the bug type, it may go to another list instead unless -bugs@ is always silently bcc'd. So perhaps get rid of the final "to it"?
