Trim leading spaces in variable names when the list is e.g. pretty-formatted in /etc/login.conf or ~/.login_conf.

Test Plan

Set multiline tab/whitespace-indented setenv list in /etc/login.conf and ~/.login_conf, check that variables are correctly set in the environment.
