Some additions and version number updates. Re-add mention of
restarting sshd (via reboot) with clarification of the actual problem;
this is just an example. Note that Alder Lake cache problem is likely
hardware.

I thought the last commit removed an option, although I don't remember what it was. --version is not quite identical, for good reason. And I think "identical" would mean that the source was the same. Is a change needed here?

Would "compatible with the Linux program of the same name" work? Or are there multiple Linux variants?
