LGTM too. I fixed some of these in my copy, will sync up.

btw, @carlavilla suggested using [.filename]#name#; I have already done that in my copy. so no need to do it in this commit.

118	I agree, but I already have that change in my copy. If it doesn't go in this revision, it will go in the next. (I am waiting for input from several people, but hope to start a review today if this one has been committed.)
